Glenn’s career began in 1976 in the Miami FL area and transitioned northward over the years. He has been an educator at various cosmetology schools & privately owned salons with the focus on color systems and techniques. He has trained staff and been a consultant to other salon owners in the finer details of serving their clientele (service development). He has refined the art of foiling and held clinics on these techniques for salons to learn how to do it. 

Over the years he has owned and operated 10 salons. His current and 10th salon is an embodiment of all previous salons and experience, with a heightened emphasis on one-on-one service.
